Julia Isherwood Schreiber, DMD
Dr. Julia Isherwood Schreiber grew up in Daphne, Alabama, located on Alabama’s beautiful gulf coast. She attended Auburn University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in biomedical sciences. Following college, she moved to Birmingham to attend dental school at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Dr. Schreiber earned her doctorate of medical dentistry (DMD) in 2006 and immediately began her specialty training as a resident in pediatric dentistry at the University of Alabama Dental School and The Children’s Hospital of Alabama. During her residency, she also received advanced instruction in the treatment of patients with special needs at the Sparks Center.
To stay current with the newest advancements in her field, she is a member of the Alabama Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Schreiber lives in Montgomery with her husband, Alex Schreiber, who practices orthodontics. The Schreibers welcomed their son Aidan Alexander in 2010. Dr. Schreiber enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling with her family.

Benjamin J. Cumbus, DMD
Dr. Benjamin J. Cumbus graduated from the University of Alabama in 1968. He then graduated from the University of Alabama Dental School in 1972. After graduation from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, Dr. Cumbus served in the U.S. Air Force as a Captain in Spangdahlem, Germany for two years. He completed his internship and residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Alabama - Children's Hospital in 1976.
Dr. Cumbus is a member of the Alabama Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a past president of the Alabama Dental Association.
A native of Montgomery, Dr. Cumbus and his wife, Ginny, are active in community affairs. They attend First United Methodist Church and have participated in several mission trips to Costa Rica and Jamaica. He serves on the Metro Board of the Montgomery YMCA, the Camp Chandler Board and is a Member of the Montgomery Lion's Club. Dr. Cumbus has practiced pediatric dentistry in Montgomery for over 30 years and enjoys fishing, skiing and travel in his spare time.
